Hello everyone! How is it going? Here in Ljubljana we are just good 4 days away from the 3rd Sci-fi and Fantasy convention Na meji nevidnega and I am super excited about it!! I have a new costume, and I think it is just going to rock, I cannot wait! If you will be in Ljubljana, come visit us at Tabor! :) </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Another Essie, and by far my favourite one. Such a gorgeous deep purple, a bit jelly-like. Absolutely adore it. As you will notice on the photos, my fingernail on the middle finger broke horribly about a week before I shot the swatches. And even on these it looks ugly as hell, imagine how it looked like a week or so beforehand. And it hurts like a little bitch when it breaks like this. But anyway. Bahama mama, perfect shade for Autumn days, I think.</div>

This was three coats, again with a bit wonky brush. But it was manageable and as the colour built, my love for the colour washed all the frustration for the brush away. ;) I do not think I will ever get sick of a good dark crelly, that doesn't look black in everyday light. That's why the three pictures look so different - I took a shot in different lights, so you will see it actually is purple in every light. FTW! Bahama Mama is on my "must have Essie" list, together with Bobbing for Baubles and School of Hard Rocks. Oh, and Angora Cardi, of course. Man, I need to wear these soon again.<br />

A haul post in the middle of the month? Why not. Lately I have been buying and already testing some things and I want to point them out. This is going to be a bit random, or, rather connected with the stores where I bought or got the items.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Let's start with Ilirija and Click2Chic. As the latter is their web store I always connect them.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In Ilirija (it is a drug store we have in Slovenia, and it is also a brand that does cosmetic lines, such as Subrina, hair, body and face products and I really like them) I found two LE by Essence and Catrice and I grabbed two brushes by Essence, since I have good experience with them, plus I am always short on brushes. I haven't even tried them yet, will do so this week.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><i>Catrice Transparent Mattifying powder</i></span> from Sense of simplicity LE I bought on a whim, because my Bourjois "to go" powder got crushed right before I finished it off. I am really happy that I bought it because it is fantastic powder, it really mattefies the skin and yet you do not look half dead. Wonderful product for really affordable price (I think it was around 4 euros, not sure anymore). The smell is gentle and really pleasant and it lasts on the skin. I do recommend it. </div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Sabrina Juicy Jasmine shower gel</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I also got it in Ilirija, it is a new smell and although I usually do not put shower gels in my blogposts, I need to tell you that this smell is simply fantastic. If you have a chance, and you are a fan of jasmine and white peach, just get three bottles, this stuff is fantastic. I am a freak for jasmine smell, so I gave it a go, but what they did is mix the white peach smell with it and it just rocks my world. Great, great stuff. </div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Darling Granny Gentle Touch Body lotion with chamomile oil</span></div>
I got this one on Click2Chic, it had a good price and I love chamomile smell, plus I always like to try new brands - I have never heard of Darling Granny before. When I first tried it I actually thought the smell was a bit too gentle, but what is great about it, is, that it lingers. It is not artificial at all and is quite soothing. And I haven't had skin so soft in ages, not with The Body Shop, not with the Afrodita. I am getting it in lavender scent as well, they convinced me with chamomile, I think lavender will be just as natural and subtle, yet with a decent silage.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Sleek Dip-it Eyeliner in Pink</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Those of you who know me know also that pink is really not my colour. :) And yet, eyeshadow combinations and general eye make up with pink and black I always find beyond awesome. So when Click2Chic had the pink eyeliner on sale, I said I will risk the 3+ EUR for it, as I know that Sleek has kick ass make up quality. When I opened it, I unfortunately say it wasn't closed well and some of the product got out. I sent the photos to Click2Chic and they immediately replied with a solution. As this was the last eyeliner they had, they wanted to give me the money back and asked me to send the product back on their expenses. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly they reacted, kudos to Click2Chic. Since I had my fiasco with najlonke.si, I am a bit on the fence with the service of online stores when there is a problem, but with Click2Chic I had no troubles whatsoever. I decided to keep the eyeliner, I got it for a really good price and I love its quality, it lasts for ages. </div>
<br />
Let's continue to licila.si surprise package I got a while ago:<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There is a new brand in town, called <span style="font-size: large;"><i>Freedom Makeup</i></span>. I have not heard of it in my life, so naturally I am curious about it. Honestly, it reminds me so much of Makeup Revolution it feels as if they just changed the name and the logo. The blush is called Banish and although I haven't tried it yet, it looks like the perfect wearable shade for me, and I am keeping my fingers crossed it is as good as the Make up Revolution blushers are, as I am running out of a similar shade that I adore. The eyeshadow is called Nude 208 and when swatched looks like a very lovely milk chocolate shimmer. It is also very pigmented. I will try to get a decent swatch ASAP. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><i>The liquid lipstick Freedom Make up Pro Melts liquid lipstick in shade Jammy Dodger</i></span> I had to try immediately and, <i>oh dear lord of the Rings</i>, is the colour just perfect. Blue toned red, bold and beautiful. Really nicely pigmented, albeit a bit sticky, but that means it also sticks to your lips! :) It leaves trails like crazy, on the glass and cups, but try to wear it as a stain, it looks fantastic that way. I adore it. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Me and my Mum are huge fans of <span style="font-size: large;"><i>Derma E</i></span> cosmetics. I usually order it via iHerb, but lately I was trying to find another solution, because the customs are a bitch. Luckily BB Natura had a lot of Derma E products on sale, so I got two toners and a creme for my mother. Derma E is not exactly the cheapest, but their ingredients are really awesome. If you have a troublesome skin or you are just looking for a better quality in your skincare, I recommend you check their lines up, they have quite a few, to cover the many types of skin we have.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
That leaves us with my dear Leposana of E.Leclerc. I already ran out of my Bourjois make up remover I bought in France and since it was the thing for my mascara and heavier make up, I wanted to give another one a chance (and we do not have the Bourjois make up remover in Slovenia, sadly). <i><span style="font-size: large;">Uriage Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover</span></i> seemed like a brand that would actually meet the expectation of these two-phase MU removers not to be too oily. We'll see how it goes, but for that price (over 11 EUR for 100 ml) I want it to work.<br />
<br />
<br />
A long post! I hope you find anything useful and if you want a more detailed post on any of the products, just let me know!<br />
<br />
Have a lovely start of the week tomorrow!<br />

Hey everyone! How is it going? It seems it is going to be a beautiful Autumn here in Slovenia. Other than that my schedule has not found any sanity yet and I am starting to think about cloning being a really good and legit work, if that means that my consciousness will take it all to the mother source - me. That, or a crash course at Hogwarts to get a wand and start mutitasking wizard-mode. </div>

I am still playing with my Essies that L'Oreal Slovenia so nicely provided for me. Next was Mezmerised, I combined it with Bourjois Turquoise Block beauty. </div>

I absolutely adore the colour. Rich blue creme. And the turquoise colour of Bourjois fits so perfect with it. However, Mezmerised has less than good brush as its fault. I actually took a photo of both brushes, because, in theory, they are practically the same. Both a bit too wide for my nail, and both quite thick as well. But, the Bourjois bristles seem less yielding, and thus the brush is a lot more manageable, while Essie has such a soft brush it is very difficult to control it. I was really surprised by that, considering that Essie always had pretty good brushes.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Both colours were two coats, plus topcoat. They lasted forever on my nails, so no complaints there. I love the combo, I just wish the brush on Mezmerised would be better.</div>

Hello everyone! How is your Summer finishing up? August was great for me, I went to the seaside, plus we had an amazing week of camping with our Society, so it was just awesome, holidays usually are. That is why I am a bit late with this post, I wanted to show it to you earlier, but nevertheless.</div>

This was two coats. Nail Geek Wild at Heart was given to me by licila.si team as a surprise package and the second I saw the colour I knew it is going to be love at first nail. The brush is OK, a little wonky, but nothing too problematic. The colour is great, classic sexy red that probably everybody loves. Finish is standard creme, nothing jelly-esque about it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Nail Geek polishes are extremely affordable, they cost 2,95EUR at licila.si, and at the moment they are actually on sale for only 1,95EUR. A real bargain, go check them out: <a href="https://www.licila.si/trgovina/barvni-laki/znamka/i-heart-makeup">licila.si I heart Makeup</a>. </div>

Good evening everyone! Just before I jump to my book and read for a couple of minutes at least, I want to show you a combo I have been wearing for almost a week, before I changed it due to a chipped nail. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Honestly, I combined Watermelon and Cute as a button because I didn't deem them as my colours, that is to say, colours I would actually like to wear. I fell in love with Watermelon immediately. Cute as a button needed a couple of days but in the end it kind of grew on me. </div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Naturally they were a hell to photograph. Both colours seemed kind of muted on my photos, especially Cute as a button, being a nice lively coral colour IRL. I tried every setting on my camera - some of them were quite fascinating, actually - and this is the closest I could come up to the actual colour. Those of you who have any of them or both will know they are in fact much livelier. I see a lot of wrong swatches of Cute as a button on blogsphere so I guess it is just one of those colours that do not photograph well. I think this is a must for coral colour fans, even I like it, plus the jelly-esque finish gives it the squishiness I really like. It is not a colour I would wear very often, but I can see how this is one of the more popular ones in Essie collection.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Watermelon I adore. I thought it will be too pink for me, but it really is a colour of a ripe watermelon. Yummy. Kind of red, kind of pink, but really neither of the colours. Fantastic colour. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Watermelon is a two coater and Cute as a button needed three, as it has a bit more jelly like consistency. Both have the new (for me at least) Essie brush that is very wide, but still manageable. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Love the colours, love the combo, perfect for summer. </div>

Heya folks! So I haven't been blogging for a while again, which, as it seems will happen every once in a while. I am getting used to it, and I am not bothered by it anymore. I write when I have the time and that is it. I still wish I could write every (other) day though, I like blogging. But you can't have it all, and lately I have been very busy with some stuff that makes me happy, which is good as well. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My first "real" job is great and it is keeping me busy enough. It is a lot of work, but the pay is fair and on time. In the end of June I spent my first week on holidays and finally arranged with a good friend of mine to go to Paris. Now, for years I though Paris was a totally overrated city. I am not a romantic person and all everybody ever speaks of about Paris is what a romantic city it is. Luckily for me there is a lot more to Paris and I am forever in love with it. I spent one whole day at Louvre, one whole day at Versailles and their gardens with singing fountains. Plus Montmartre stole my heart. A week in Paris is not enough, I am definitively returning there.</div>

I also went to Bourjois store in Paris. Yes they have a whole store there!! I loved it. I was a very good girl and I held back, I actually bought only three things - a bronzer for contouring, make up remover and tweezers to put false lashes on.<br />

Another thing that was a lovely surprise was a package of 6 Essie nail polishes Slovene L'Oreal sent to me. I remember in the beginning of my nail polish obsession I wasn't a fan of Essie nail polish, but in all these years the brand grew on me. I am currently wearing a combo of Watermelon and Cute as a button and I love it. Plus I was really surprised to see that Essie changed their brush when I wasn't looking!</div>

On top of that we also started to renovate the house. It meant painting the walls, changing the rooms and buying new furniture. I thought it will be done in two weeks tops ... I was so wrong. It is taking now over a month, ATM my boyfriend is still finishing up two small closets we bought the last time and I still want some shelves done in my room as well. This has taken so much more of my time than I ever expected it, and I still haven't finished with moving all my things inside.</div>

Hey everybody! It has been a while, I know. About a week ago I got a lovely surprise in my mailbox - a request from one of my readers for a comparison. Which is exactly the nudge i need to get myself to pick up the camera and work with it, as lately I did not have time for that. And I really am a fan of requests like these, they give me an idea for posts and additional motivation to actually post them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To get to the comparison. As it happens, these two are amongst my favourite nail polishes in my stash. Absolutely adore the rich green shimmer. And yes, they are quite close, but are they dupes? Let's find out. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
No topcoat on the photos. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The bottles emphasise the fact that Envy me is in fact bluer than Greener. But on the nail that difference is not as obvious. After wearing them both at the same time for 5 days now, here are my observations:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
- H&M Envy me has a bluer, hence colder undertone, while Greener is a slightly warmer green, even though they are both definitively on a colder side of green shimmers.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
- Nubar Greener is a richer shimmer, which creates more depth in the colour.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
- In most of the lights they look almost the same, but if you look at the nails up close you notice the difference between the undertones.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
- After five days Envy me is chipped on half of the nails, Nubar remains only with a slight tipwear (I put topcoat on after I took photos).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Both brushes are excellent, although I am a firm fan of Nubar brush, it is my winner. Although H&M Envy me has more coverage with just one stroke, both can be two-coaters (and both get more depth with a third one). </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There you have it. I cannot pick a winner, I love them both, both are nail polish of excellent quality and I wouldn't switch one for the other, as I do find them different enough to own both. However, if you are not too picky about your undertone and all you need is a very rich dark green shimmer, you can easily pick either of them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

New month, new haul post! This month I was a good girl and wore the nail polish I already have. However, I finally, finally put my hair treatment to a full circle, meaning, I bought new shampoos and conditioners. Naturally now comes the testing phase. But, honestly, I do not think it can get worse than what my scalp looks and feels like now.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Like always, a group photo. A bit of make up (a very nice surprise there as well), mostly stuff for hair and a bit for my skin as well.</div>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">oh look, you can see my lightbox lamp here! say hi, lamp!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Let's do the big haul first. It was actually gradual, but it happened in this month. I mentioned several times before that I need new products for my hair and I ran out of toner and night cream, so I guess it was the month to really buy the stuff I actually needed. Which is good!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><b><i>Paul Mitchell Spring Loaded Fizz-Fighting Conditioner</i></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Ok, so my first encounter with <a href="http://ulmiel.blogspot.com/2015/02/paul-mitchell-instant-moisture-daily.html">Paul Mitchell</a> was not the best. But I went to my awesome hairdresser again and I checked her stash again and I checked the ingredient list REALLY WELL and decided to pamper myself with another expensive-as-hell (24 EUR and do not dare to judge me) conditioner. I used it twice now and it is pure magic. Hair like silk, especially when combined with Redken Anti-snap leave in treatment. Ah yes. I will let you know after I am at least down to one third of the bottle, how it worked in the long run, ok?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i> </i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i> </i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i> <span style="font-size: large;">John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shampoo</span></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I got this in Germany, it was on sale for 4,99€ , an extra big tube and I remembered Mateja praising the thing, so I bought it on a whim. Later on I realised she was talking about the conditioner of the same line, not shampoo, but hey, I already have it, might as well use it. And so far so good. I use it on my lenght, not scalp and it is a good shampoo. I have it for about a month, so I'll get back to you after a while on the decent review.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><i><b>Derma E Scalp Relief Shampoo </b></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You have no idea how happy I was when I saw this new thingie on Iherb. I adore Derma E. It is the brand that works for my skin best, and not just mine, but my mother's as well, which is probably the biggest test you can give to a cosmetics line. It is awesome, and this is their brand new shampoo for fighting dandruff. I have no idea how it works, I got it today and I am washing my hair after I post this. It cannot possibly be a bigger disappointment than La Roche Posay Kerium. Cost an arm and a leg and was worse for me than washing my hair with ... well, anything, really, anti-dandruff or no. My scalp and my dandruff at this point are in the worst state of the past two years and I thought at the end of the year 2014 that I cannot get any worse. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So I am keeping my fingers crossed for this one! It actually a good price, I got it for 9,40 USD or little under 8,50€ EUR, of course I need to add the shipping and the customs, but it is still a good price for a higher range shampoo. Let us hope it works as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><i><b>Omnia Botanica Argan Oil</b></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
DM had 50% off coupon for this baby, so I gave it a go, otherwise I deem it too expensive. I use this for everything, dry spots on my face (although these will probably disappear now that I bought the face toner), for my hair ends and whenever I need some high end oil. I love the package, it comes with a dropper, for a really precise usage. I got it for 7,00€.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><i><b>Derma E Soothing Toner</b></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Like I said, huge fan of Derma E. This is my third toner I am trying from their line, and I am excited about it. Iherb had 20% off beauty products and naturally my favourite one got sold out, so I had perfect excuse to try this one (got it for about 9 €). If my previous experiences with Derma E are any indication, this will rock my world. Or skin, at least.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><i><b>Derma E Visibly Clear Moisturiser</b></i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am planning to use this at night. You could say my facial skin is demanding. I say it is a little diva bitch. It is dry on some areas, but if I use anything too moisturising, I get spots on other areas of my skin, not to mention the constant struggle with black spots. So I will give this a go during night. For 11,20€ is is actually one of the more affordable facial creams I bought in the past few years.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i><b>iHerb file for nails</b></i>. I realised as I updated the photos it really looks like a free advertisement for the page, when I put it on like this. I like that it is green though. And I really like iHerb, I order there all the time. </div>

So. <a href="http://ulmiel.blogspot.com/2015/02/the-bitch-is-back.html">IsaDora Big Bold Lashes</a> is crap. Do not buy it, it smudges like crazy, and nothing EVER smudges under my eyes. Very disappointed. When Müller had its 20% off make up, I bought my favourite mascara so far, the monster-pink Bourjois and I am happy again. I think it is around 12€ normally, I got it for under 10€.</div>

Hey everyone! Another Catrice polish. I am sort of re-discovering my love for Catrice nail polish. I have some true beauties in my stash by Catrice, I need to wear them again. Playing in Lavender Heaven caught my eye on the shelf because of the shimmer that was nicely visible when moving the bottle, plus it looked like a very nice subtle lavender shade, great for office as well, so I grabbed it. </div>

The application was good, this is three coats, as my nails were a bit longer at that point. I think Playing in Lavender Heaven will appeal to many, as it is a very wearable colour. I am a bit on the fence about it, I feel like shimmer is almost brush-strokey, even if it is really not. I don't know. It held beautifully on my nails, almost a week. </div>

Ok, honestly, people, the whole hype around sand finish never got to me, I just did not find that finish appealing. Typical of me that I am slowly discovering it now, with perhaps more affordable brands. I kind of like it, especially if it is glittery. I found Catrice Sandhopper in one of the "on sale" jars in Leclerc and it looked stunning in the bottle so I took it. Apparently it is from a limited edition called Sand'sation, I do not remember this one at all. :)</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sandhopper looks amazing on the nails too, I love how shiny, glittery metallic it is. The finish is very sharp comparing to other sandies I already tried, and it lasts really, really long time. I am very pleasantly surprised about that - I do not have top coat on and it is still on my nails after 6 days of wearing with only two minor chips. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Oh, my pinky nail got really badly broken right before we went to a music festival in Germany, and at that point my nails were really long and I really didn't have time to file them down, so I used the <a href="http://nailcrazy69.blogspot.com/2015/04/how-to-fix-broken-nail.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+NailCrazy+%28Nail+crazy%29">Nail Crazy </a>advice and tutorial with fast drying glue and it works like magic! Thanks, Žana, you saved my life that day, when I didn't have enough time to eat, let alone do my nails!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
What else? Oh yes, this was three coats, you know me, better one coat extra than a visible nail line. ;) The brush is OK. Still not the old Catrice I remember, but it is ok. The polish dries really fast, and, as mentioned, has really good staying power. I might look for another one from this limited edition, Sandhopper was a good surprise!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Have you gotten anything from Sand'sation edition? Any sandies you would recommend?</div>

Heya my lovelies! Today I have another new polish for you from the LE you already met on the </div>

shelves, probably, <u>Love & sound LE</u>. I am loving the matte and I am still on the fence about the sand finish, but this shade kind of called for me from the stand and I gave it a go. It is this fleshy-nude colour and desert-matt finish sounded interested enough to give it a go. I do not regret it, as I really loved wearing this colour.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The sand finish on this particular shade is not as sharp as it can be on some of them - I am wearing Sandhopper by Catrice ATM and I could file my nails with it - probably because it is not a glittery polish. The colour I love. No idea why, I can imagine a lot of people hating it, and it was more of a boring colour comparing to others in the collection, but it intrigued me. And I loved wearing it. Plus, it lasted for a long time for a nail polish sans top coat, especially considering I had longer nails on this photo, I think it went 5 days without a single chip. Very nice! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On photos I have two to three coats on my bigger nails, the formula and brush were good. Actually the brush is major improvement from the last Essence nail polish I tried out. If this is their new brush, I am starting to buy Essence again! </div>

Hey everyone! This is a haul post I planned to do a couple of days ago - in between I already bought three new varnishes and an eyeshadow. I need help. In the next New in post! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I split this one in nail polish, hair care and "other". </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihwiPKtosAFa328Xd101yBO395xLqKJtM-DUBCIC72gloDdBKHb9XVU69_Gbcka21-pyU1TQYD9bTIU5Wou7JTdqVne4B8mHdIby2Xj29xJmtWj3152hYhxEIDLy2TvvovFXmgJOGhkDw/s1600/P3290055.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihwiPKtosAFa328Xd101yBO395xLqKJtM-DUBCIC72gloDdBKHb9XVU69_Gbcka21-pyU1TQYD9bTIU5Wou7JTdqVne4B8mHdIby2Xj29xJmtWj3152hYhxEIDLy2TvvovFXmgJOGhkDw/s1600/P3290055.JPG" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Group photo! I forgot the Manglaze on the group picture.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1dhTZO4yizHUhHwp7rei5KftHEg629kUgfaRfT4FwELohWoj8jUjEfBd6rXyPeIMEpjzH3eOh22hRELpk5HokV3dzT-94mRlM7fYKs7EWSzO0TzBP52jQaoIHywIMogfItqhevA_isW0/s1600/P3290066.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1dhTZO4yizHUhHwp7rei5KftHEg629kUgfaRfT4FwELohWoj8jUjEfBd6rXyPeIMEpjzH3eOh22hRELpk5HokV3dzT-94mRlM7fYKs7EWSzO0TzBP52jQaoIHywIMogfItqhevA_isW0/s1600/P3290066.JPG" height="416" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I already showed you the <b>ManGlaze Mayonnaise</b> in my previous post. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Catrice</b> is from LE Doll's Collection, shade <b>Playing in Lavender Heaven</b> and I bought it on a whim, because it has this awesome shimmer in it. I already wore it, swatches will follow, but I am most impressed by its staying power - I wore it for 7 days and it didn't chip.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Another LE, <b>Essence </b>Hidden Stories, shade <b>Enchanted by Hint of Mint</b>. I saw it on a friend of mine and had to have it. Haven't worn it yet though. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And <b>Essence</b> sandy, <b>Me & My Lover</b>, which I took primarily because of the glitter in it.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgT71tGUgODzJwpSPA8rW5Ebh9TaMN9K5K1KEVVbbakZQWx4WGXc16mMDWSgvA4xA7dDd1ZWu3qBr2yCnyurUrjhnoRzY36Mq87wR7Do41eW6yhSNZT8IyC253k3IZSCcdSMQ5WGCJMbmM/s1600/P3290069.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgT71tGUgODzJwpSPA8rW5Ebh9TaMN9K5K1KEVVbbakZQWx4WGXc16mMDWSgvA4xA7dDd1ZWu3qBr2yCnyurUrjhnoRzY36Mq87wR7Do41eW6yhSNZT8IyC253k3IZSCcdSMQ5WGCJMbmM/s1600/P3290069.JPG" height="596" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>IsaDora</b> face primer <b>Under Cover</b>. I took it because I ran out of my primer from Max Factor (All day primer, I think), and in the last 5-6 months of usage I am pretty sure it clogged my pores, so I decided to try something else. IsaDora primer was really well received on blosphere and even though it costs a lot, I gave it a go. So far I love it. More about it when I use it for a couple of months. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Ebeline lip brush</b>, because I lack them in my collection, hopefully it will be good, haven't tried it yet. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUHtxAmTQJctcIs9C8mFYT8aaSH2bcEEbxoJ1fn_0w9aRE628lhUBjjEuRZcsHqxbx-raEkc4B9It_Er-LOl07etXygmqxypj2uxUSN0Suza6Fu-ewf3vlkJK4tApRb1oplBarZodJJyI/s1600/P3290071.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUHtxAmTQJctcIs9C8mFYT8aaSH2bcEEbxoJ1fn_0w9aRE628lhUBjjEuRZcsHqxbx-raEkc4B9It_Er-LOl07etXygmqxypj2uxUSN0Suza6Fu-ewf3vlkJK4tApRb1oplBarZodJJyI/s1600/P3290071.JPG" height="640" width="528" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Jane Carter Solution Wrap And Roll hair foam</b> I got on a whim in January, I think. I bought it on IHerb, and I have no idea why I got it, I was just convinced by the article. It is actually a decent foam, what bothers me most is how fast it is going, this thing won't last me two months. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Redken Extreme Anti-snap</b>. When I got back to blogging and my hair really went to hell in the beginning of the year, I decided to really follow my hair guru on just about everything concerning hair. Redken was my first purchase and so far I have used it a couple of times and I cannot believe how good my hair feels after this. I am saving it now for after my visit to hairdresser, because my ends need to go, and then is Redken all the way.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Le Petit Marseillais Hule Elixir</b> and <b>Le Petit soin, Karité & Argan line</b>. The oil again bought after reading about it on <a href="http://matejasbeautyblog.blogspot.com/">Mateja's</a> blog, as a pre-shampooing treatment. Love it, although the packaging is a bit of a fail.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The LE Petit soin leave-in treatment is a bit older, a friend of mine got it for me from Paris, but I wanted to show it to ya as it is from the same line. It is a really awesome leave in conditioner, considering it is an affordable drugstore brand. If you see it, I recommend it, it doesn't make hair greasy, but it tames them. Love it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In the corner you can see the <b>Ebelin brush</b> I got. Mateja, I swear you can read mind. Like two weeks ago I decided that my old brush is too disgusting and it needs to go, and I googled good brushes but I either wasn't convinced by them or they were too expensive. And I decided I'll just ask on Mateja's blog once I find the time. And I swear, a couple of days later <a href="http://matejasbeautyblog.blogspot.com/2015/03/best-beauty-tools.html">Best Beauty Tools</a> post pops up on her blog. I got the Ebelin brush, the bigger one, and I love it, with the Tangle Teezer they are a perfect match. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
What's new in your beauty world, any recommendation? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Have a nice week!</div>

My people! It has been a crazy month so far! Imagine hype at work, birthday, being sick, attending a dance festival and releasing a magazine crammed all in three weeks. Ah yes. Crrrazy. I haven't worn any nail polish for about a week, which is an absolute record of the past 3-4 years for me. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To more important things - I had a birthday about two weeks ago. It was a lovely day I spent with my boyfriend - after we both finished with work, but nevertheless - a day of relaxation and sauna. Wonderful. We got home pretty late and I was chatting with my mum and I noticed a package for me (my folks don't even mention it anymore, because there is always a package for me on one of the tables) on the kitchen table. Surprisingly, I didn't expect any packages in that period of time and it didn't seem to belong to any of the retailers I usually order from. What the hell, right? I started opening it, and inside the box was a smaller box. A freaking nail polish. Now, I KNOW I remember when I order a new goodie for my collection. And as I am opening the smaller box I see it SAYS <b>MANGLAZE</b> ON IT! Man-<i>fucking</i>-glaze?!! In my home? For <i>MOI</i>?? And I realise one of my friends surprised me with one of my biggest lemmings, ManGlaze Mayonnaise. We talked about nail polish a couple of weeks before that and she decided to surprise me with it. Thanks, gurrl! :) :* </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now, to explain my lovestory with ManGlaze. ManGlaze is one of my biggest lemming brand of all time, right up there with BB Couture. Their idea of witty names and incredibly awesome bottle designs is just fantastic. Not to mention their matte nail polish always looks <i>sickening</i>. Basically, I want them all, if not for uniqueness of the shade (although all of them are pretty unique, I think), then definitively for the design. Mayonnaise was number one on my list because it is supposed to be this perfect true white matte. Which I always wanted. Not the I-just-put-glue-on-my-nails white, but a nice, wearable white with a decent enough formula to apply (which was mission impossible to get a couple of years back). And now I have it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Bunch of photos of the bottle!</div>

<br />
See how awesome the bottle is? I am sure you already saw it million times before, but bear with me, I just got it! :D<br />
<br />
And to make this polish and the present-giver justice, I needed to make this mani especially <i>fabulous</i> without destroying the Mayo. So I did accent mani, with black matte, glitter on top and then mattified it. Because. I. Can.<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Besides my mani, I hate everything about these photos. Please take into consideration I have a new camera and no time to figure out how to work with it best. I promise, I will learn! The skin on my middle finger is an abomination, but it is that period of year when I can't do shit about it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But I really wanted to show you this beauty! It is not that obvious on my pictures, but Mayonnaise has this tiny tiny tiny shimmer that makes it slightly pearlescence. It is still matte, but not flat, chalk-matte and it gives the whiteness some depht. Gorgeous!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />The application was a very nice surprise. I needed two to three coats to even it up, but they applied like a breeze for a matte nail polish. And for a <i>white</i> matte nail polish, that is pretty awesome. The only thing that you need to be careful about is that it dries slowly comparing to other matte nail polish. I paid for that lesson dearly on my index finger, where you can notice a small dent. How I hate doing that to my fresh mani. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On my index finger I have Rimmel Velvet Matte Matte-itude that I shall talk more about in one of the future posts. Glitter on top is Sally Hansen Luxe Lace Rochet, one coat, and then Konad Matte Topcoat on top. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />I am in love with this nail polish. Ridiculously love it. Needless to say, I want them ALL. And this little baby convinced me they are worth the money. Desiree, thanks, darling. :*</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you have any ManGlaze nail polish? Do you like white nail polish (matte or glossy) or are you in "big no-no" camp? :)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

Another day, another matte nail polish! I discovered the Matte range of Flormar in Bratislava, my flatmate had a couple of shades, but then I couldn't find them anywhere. Luckily, we have a Flormar stand right here in Ljubljana's Supernova, and I gave it a go. I bought a beautiful deep green colour. My skin looks a bit too yellow on the photos, because I wanted to capture the right shade of the varnish, that kept turning out too blue (even if you google the shade, I haven't found a swatch that would be too teal). They are still too much on the teal side, the shade is definitively more green than teal. I am not particularly happy with these swatches, I will try and re-do them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The brush was good, and I needed three coats to even the polish out. It dries fast, of course. But I wouldn't really call this a matte finish, it is more of a satin finish. Still, I love it, I think I am getting another shade or two. They last a very long time before they start to chip or gain gloss, around five days, I bet I would get another day with shorter nails as well. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The bottle costs 4,50€ on Flormar stand in Supernova, I think it is a good price for a good polish.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you have any of these Matte polishes by Flormar? Any shade I really need in my life? :)</div>

Like I said, I am on the matte waggon lately. Sally Hansen seemed like a pricier version of the Rimmel I first bought, but then I saw swatches and I just had to have it. Lavish is basically like having velvet on your nails. Utterly gorgeous, my pictures do not do it justice. The risk I also took with this baby is that it is a slightly textured polish, which I am not really fond of. But it was definitively a good purchase.</div>

<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Excuse the dent on my last photo, as I changed the settings on the camera I also conveniently forgot I am obviously wearing a rather fresh mani with no top coat.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You can see I changed the settings while making these quite a lot, in want of finding perfect shade of the colour. It is also a bit of changer, at least to my eyes it goes from perfect wine red to sometimes almost a purple undertone, so there you have it. My photos are almost too crisp, as they sharpen the velvet-y feeling too much, the texture of this polish is really brilliant in that aspect, it does look like velvet. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The application was easy, I used three coats on my longer nails. It also dries very fast, as most matte nail varnishes do. The brush is also great. I kind of wish I bought more shades, but in Bratislava, where I purchased this baby, they had only 3 other shades that I didn't particularly want. In Vienna, they had the rest of the collection, but they almost doubled the price and I thought that was madness. I bought Lavish for 4,99€ in DM in Bratislava, in Müller in Vienna Velvet Texture Collection costs around 8€. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Still, I think it is a great collection, if I could, I would buy Plush as well. But Lavish is a must, if you like this sort of finish. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Did you get any colours from Velvet Texture collection?</div>

It's Friday!! Today's party: great book (I'm re-reading Garth Nix Old Kingdom series, Abhorsen book and it is ah-mazing) and a large cup of tea. Yeah! But first, I want to do a review of the Paul Mitchell Shampoo. I'm sure you don't remember, but I have shown it to you in <a href="http://ulmiel.blogspot.com/2014/07/new-in-haul-post.html">a New In</a> post I did in July. I bought it together with Protective oil for sun from my hairdresser and after 7 months of using it regularly I feel I can give you a decent review of it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Paul Mitchell is a professional hair brand, that is sold in hair saloons, at least in Slovenia - my hairdresser warned me about the fake products online, so if you are buying online, make sure it is original product. The Instant Moisture Shampoo is supposed to be a gentle daily shampoo, that hydrates extremely dry hair, and helps to revive damaged hair. I use it in combination with La Roche Posay anti-dandruff shampoo for my scalp and I hoped it will help with the way my hair looks and feels, because anti-dandruff shampoos as a rule do nothing for my hair (and usually very little for my scalp, but that's a story for another blogpost). </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkrhOKjcr_yLI57LUTVMZwvDXmYjicKlw003KnG3wObgJtkRP8nLQCTAUhf7cQG2IrDNnfYSeEHQ45_UYsq3EG77RFN2ahu9DVdtWk0LRtk9vHGJn97mhBvVJDEc2ITuMwJmKxBYgSqBs/s1600/P2190162.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkrhOKjcr_yLI57LUTVMZwvDXmYjicKlw003KnG3wObgJtkRP8nLQCTAUhf7cQG2IrDNnfYSeEHQ45_UYsq3EG77RFN2ahu9DVdtWk0LRtk9vHGJn97mhBvVJDEc2ITuMwJmKxBYgSqBs/s1600/P2190162.JPG" height="640" width="436" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The design of the bottle is nice, a classic tube, with a quite a large amount of shampoo of 300 ml. The shampoo itself is not too runny or thick, with a semi-white colour and a very nice, gentle odour. It doesn't smell of anything, just a good clean, gentle scent. It foams quite nicely as well and you do not need a lot of it (after 7 months of regular, twice a week usage I am still down to one third of it). </div>
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The ingredients. I was sold after reading the bold text, failing to see the obvious no-no.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And how are my hair doing after 7 months of usage? Not very well. In fact, I think the ends began to dry out and snap a lot faster than before and although the first impression was rather good, as I ended up with softer hair, after regular usage my frizzy hair got worse and the ends extremely dry. Of course, now when I look at the ingredients, I realise what a stupid mistake I made, not noticing the alcohol being on the third place of the list. I cannot use anything with alcohol in it, it dries my skin and apparently it dries out my hair too. In the long turn my hair does not feel hydrated and my ends are in a very bad shape.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Price? 15,90€, if I recall correctly (definitively somewhere between 13 and 16 EUR). I wouldn't mind the steep price, if the shampoo would be the answer to my prayers, but for the effect I get, which is actually worse than what I got from Le Petit Marseillaise shampoo I bought for around 2€ ... I wouldn't recommend it nor repurchase it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Mind you, I have been using a lot of conditioners and hair product that were supposed to help with the situation, to no avail. My hair is making me pay dearly for mistakes I make in choosing the wrong products. La Roche Posay anti dandruff shampoo is crap, Paul Mitchell shampoo doesn't work and apparently my hair is done with me. I am planning to visit my hairdresser again and make a hardcore list of product to buy, like I planned 6 months ago, based on <a href="http://matejasbeautyblog.blogspot.com/">Mateja</a>'s recommendations. My hair is what her hair was and I want mine to be like hers are now, which is, in short, perfect.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I hope this was helpful to some of you. If you have dry ends, like me, and big problem with frizzy hair (again, like me), I wouldn't recommend Paul Mitchell's instant moisture shampoo. I think the alcohol is the main culprit for the drying of ends, and as for the frizzines, I need something by far stronger to help me tame it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you have any experiences with Paul Mitchell products? What's your favourite shampoo, that really works for your hair?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

Lately I have been on a matte kick. I want every nail polish colour to be matte. I had this phase before, and now it is back. I remember wanting ManGlaze mattes like crazy, especially the white one. I really need to get that one!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Luckily I found two matte lines when I was in Bratislava, from Rimmel and Sally Hansen and I took a couple of shades. First I wore Rimmels Sumptuous Red.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4G5csMInMPLYGgabJjmG0c5j_SSamkVr9XCbkV9ovqSn3D4lLdf-WfiDNunZjBczzc7X8ImIkZSeTpK-QHc1ldkJh0Lg7u8ZXmHQZ0AvQS2sB0ktXZbr166HdwrWo7sHO0h6xPSLDLWg/s1600/P2140072.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4G5csMInMPLYGgabJjmG0c5j_SSamkVr9XCbkV9ovqSn3D4lLdf-WfiDNunZjBczzc7X8ImIkZSeTpK-QHc1ldkJh0Lg7u8ZXmHQZ0AvQS2sB0ktXZbr166HdwrWo7sHO0h6xPSLDLWg/s1600/P2140072.JPG" height="640" width="424" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjPUllcV-pUkMwJktagM3hffMcr_mDR7yK-bPXWXR-TF9S2cZajNbLIAUZSqRdh8u3mlcJe_docgG-VJgrWmokI8ZJF2XYVGqkEVLeR3JosqWzBnv5_ab4t0ykwMt8LmvpUn5NtU4epQao/s1600/P2140065.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjPUllcV-pUkMwJktagM3hffMcr_mDR7yK-bPXWXR-TF9S2cZajNbLIAUZSqRdh8u3mlcJe_docgG-VJgrWmokI8ZJF2XYVGqkEVLeR3JosqWzBnv5_ab4t0ykwMt8LmvpUn5NtU4epQao/s1600/P2140065.JPG" height="640" width="432" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Why this is called red I will never know, because it is very much purple. In the bottle, on the nails, with first, second or third coat. Purple, people. But honestly, I care not for the name, as the colour is beautiful. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My brush had a stray hair that I needed to cut off, otherwise the brush is good, flat and quite big, and also quite popular, I think. I would prefer it to be a bit thinner, because I think that application would be a tad bit better then. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I wore three coats, to even everything up. The formula is good, but typical for a matte polish, it dries fast and for me that means bald spots on my nails. But it is a very fast done mani, you don't need top coat and it dries in no time. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I adore the colour so I'm happy that I got it. I paid somewhere between 3 and 3,50€ for it in DM (12 ml bottle).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you like matte nail polish? Any recommended shades I need to check out?</div>

Hello everyone! I do not even know where to begin. :) Hopefully there will be some people still clicking on the new post thingie when they see <i>Did someone say nail polish?</i> popping up. Geez, it has been 6 months since my last post! It doesn't seem like it has been that long, really. A lot of stuff going on here. I am going to make it short. Basically, in Summer my posting got very seldom due to my work. After Summer, in Autumn, I needed to finish my degree while still working and had put everything on hold. I wasn't particularly happy with the quality of posts at that point and I knew it will only get worse if I keep forcing myself to blog when I honestly didn't have the time or the camera for it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So then I graduated in the end of December and I got to keep my job in the new year as well, which makes me incredibly happy. As a present for graduating I received new camera from my parents. A very <b>very</b> nice toy. I didn't want anything professional, because I am not really the type of person to travel or go to a concert with a camera, but it is handy to have it, especially if you are considering blogging again. :) </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Oh, I also got a new pet:</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJEVfmHg30V5YJ0NZ8ugGTBEPZsf3fqhqtQ9-KjD-HBzQNC9rVj4uigVJm9qnbshPZHk7xsYZsFpTxxn9vHkOh3Lip2ASnpBYEw6xvQCN7_CxVQxKBxxHxjWYD8gGuJz-KltsSpWVx7W4/s1600/P2140092.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJEVfmHg30V5YJ0NZ8ugGTBEPZsf3fqhqtQ9-KjD-HBzQNC9rVj4uigVJm9qnbshPZHk7xsYZsFpTxxn9vHkOh3Lip2ASnpBYEw6xvQCN7_CxVQxKBxxHxjWYD8gGuJz-KltsSpWVx7W4/s1600/P2140092.JPG" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is Dracarys. A dragon, obviously. ;) For my character of Daenerys I decided to be on last year Convention Na meji nevidnega. I wear it on my shoulder, ATM it is hanging in my room (quite literally). </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But back to the topic. As I am making photos with my camera, I will show you the box it came in:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXHammznjBSRwLUjszwXoWCQO5TemPlCJyvj-21D9xKPsrsjAzjjHuHRGrurCU-o2lcxOmG_3a6mm1t9SCpIzEfM2BdTHOIvkz2kO6B2UG4DfvAoL3GseCSsN9QaQXlJkNAW2ojPdSjWY/s1600/P2140076.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXHammznjBSRwLUjszwXoWCQO5TemPlCJyvj-21D9xKPsrsjAzjjHuHRGrurCU-o2lcxOmG_3a6mm1t9SCpIzEfM2BdTHOIvkz2kO6B2UG4DfvAoL3GseCSsN9QaQXlJkNAW2ojPdSjWY/s1600/P2140076.JPG" height="419" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is still a small camera, I can hold it with one hand without a problem, but I have two lenses, for extra zoom. Personally, I love how it catches the colours in poor lightning and the colours are awesome and correct. Yes! The other wish I had was that it is user friendly. I am not big on photography, so I do not wish to get a PhD in my camera before I can use it. This little thing looks user friendly enough for me to actually explore all its possibilities. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So yeah, after finishing my degree I started considering blogging again, because I do think it is fun, plus my love for nail polish and make up in general didn't really die, just calmed down a bit. ;) And here I am, trying to revive this little corner of internet again. And I cannot wait to browse through all the blogs out there!! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Some of you might think: if this was your NY resolution, you are a bit late with it. Well, yes. The thing is, I wanted to wait for my camera to arrive. Second, I went to Madrid for a week and then to Bratislava. It seemed a bit lame to start in January with new wave of blogging, just to add in the very first post: oh yeah, and, ladies, I will be offline for the next two to three weeks, see you soon. ;) </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So today's post will be a sneak-peak of the things I bought or got in Vienna and Bratislava, plus my nails for the vacation. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I will do the reviews of all the things on the photo, if you have any wishes to see something ASAP, let me know, please!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Until next time, hope to read more about what is going on in the blogsphere in the comments. If you have any blogs you would especially recommend I check out (I was out for 6 months, mind you), leave me the link in the comments! </div>

Hey everyone! How are you doing? It is a beautiful day here in Ljubljana and I had a great family gathering for most of it, it was fun! And I am totally going jogging after I finish this post. :) </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These are the things I got in August. I am really happy with them, I finally got a few things from licila.si I really wanted to buy for a while ago, and a few surprises I bought on a whim.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Let's start with my licila.si orders, yes? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhKg_ga8KGgXqgrk_04a7zi5Zk_gFwM2l7a1yXddjgzqYP-GYw5EA02-6s9GhJ8husSeVwKzWOgTnkknIuajaZx2ovs75hepWszBKqs2S-VV1rseXq0LXEAy9XercdhBz2Ywj7yhwK4nuE/s1600/DSCI2030.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhKg_ga8KGgXqgrk_04a7zi5Zk_gFwM2l7a1yXddjgzqYP-GYw5EA02-6s9GhJ8husSeVwKzWOgTnkknIuajaZx2ovs75hepWszBKqs2S-VV1rseXq0LXEAy9XercdhBz2Ywj7yhwK4nuE/s1600/DSCI2030.JPG" height="640" width="622" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsGaJsqRx6xEwDR6Vbdu6Kku0p_5jc3z119RcvnBmq_MmfwsHEUOfjFCwQT5C3YnNmKEG0Hksuc_kR86o_Y9EETaXzKvUXOBGsTvi4uclFAVSTbgXt-p5HSV-hYycfWxFRwVkt67gHGGw/s1600/DSCI2084.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsGaJsqRx6xEwDR6Vbdu6Kku0p_5jc3z119RcvnBmq_MmfwsHEUOfjFCwQT5C3YnNmKEG0Hksuc_kR86o_Y9EETaXzKvUXOBGsTvi4uclFAVSTbgXt-p5HSV-hYycfWxFRwVkt67gHGGw/s1600/DSCI2084.JPG" height="640" width="422" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I made two orders there last month. First one because of the nice offers, I got <span style="font-size: large;">Makeup Revolution Vivid Blush Lacquer in Desire</span>, becuase I adore the Rush shade they send me for a review. From Makeup Revolution I also got nail polish in <span style="font-size: large;">Are You Still Available?</span>, because the swatch Nihrida made really stole my heart and I wanted to see if the brush is the same in every bottle. Alas it is. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I Heart Make Up Wow Gloss No Need To Panic</span> I bought on a whim, because I Heart Make Up lipstick really convinced me to buy more make up made by them. And it is a great lip gloss, more like a liquid lipstick (I generally dislike sheer glosses), I just wish it would be a tad bit less pink and more purple. Still, it is a great, really nice wearable colour. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Barry M Liquid Eyeliner</span> (shade is simply called 03) was my substitute purchase for Beauty UK Blue Lagoon that was out of stock ATM of choosing my items. It is a matte eyeliner, so I said I need it anyways. And it is utterly gorgeous. It does smudge easier, comparing to Beauty UK, but nevertheless. It is a matte cobalt blue eyeliner, that looks gorgeous on the eyes, I got tons of compliments wearing it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Konad Matte Topcoat</span> was on sale and as my Essence matte TC is turning into a toothpaste, I decided to get it. Hopefully I will be able to stamp with it too. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Aaand then I got an email that <span style="font-size: large;">Beauty UK Blue Lagoon</span> was back in stock (the page has this option, that they notify you when the item you desire comes back in stock, quite neat). And I couldn't resist, even with Barry M eyeliner romance I was having at that moment. And I do no regret buying them both, not one bit. Blue Lagoon is more vibrant and it stays on the eyes just as permanently as its sisters. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I decided on a whim to get the <span style="font-size: large;">Beauty UK Posh Pout Sugar Plum Fairy</span> tinted lip balm, because I am trying to get something for the lips that I could wear to work without too much correcting over the day. Still, I kind of felt like I just bought an overpriced lip balm. So it is quite ridiculous how much I love this product. It gives a bit of colour, actually more than I expected, it is moisturising, and insanely easy to apply and re-apply. The colour actually stays on for quite a while. Total love. I am discovering the usefulness and beauty of the subtle lip shade. </div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And some swatches. Barry M and Beauty UK eyeliners are insanely inaccurate. All the gals that have H&M Blue My Mind nail polish shade, you know, the vibrant blue creme? Both are in that vein of blue, with Blue Lagoon being a bit more deeper blue, less pastel comparing to Barry M. The rest of swatches are accurate, that's why I am posting them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I did a quick comparison for you of Makeup Revolution Liquid Blush in Rush and Desire, from top to bottom: Rush, Desire, Barry M Liquid Eyeliner (totally inaccurate!) and I heart Makeup Wow lipgloss in No Need to Panic. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Beauty UK Posh Pout in Sugar Plum Fairy and Beauty UK Blue Lagoon (again inaccurate, it is by far more deep and vibrant blue).<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">
A shot of both Vivid Blush Lacquer. See how it looks like Desire (on the right) is more used than Rush? I already thought my bottle is a dud, because I pumped it for two days, every days for a couple of minutes, and nothing happened. Then all of the sudden it jumped to one quarter of the bottle and the product came out without a problem. As I do not use a lot of it (even with regular use, as you need just the tiniest blob of blush), I do not mind, but it did surprise me, like the bottle had air inside or something. Anyway. I adore Desire, it is less pink blush and a lot more wearable. I am buying a lot of blushers for someone who thinks two to three are more than enough for one person. :) But I love how good these are, they stay on the cheeks the entire day. Ever since I got my stippling brush to apply them they are pure magic.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiK15M1zOpX9iM81OVnO9OuAzuRe5rESk0sU5q14kU2RKlWciCO8Bw5nc8NbIketMURBCpjsDKpdNPX8Q5dz9tb8F-bN87PsXBbNjj4QnQV5iJbQI1H1FmK3Dif-DV_yL2mePDL9dE1BTk/s1600/DSCI2027.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiK15M1zOpX9iM81OVnO9OuAzuRe5rESk0sU5q14kU2RKlWciCO8Bw5nc8NbIketMURBCpjsDKpdNPX8Q5dz9tb8F-bN87PsXBbNjj4QnQV5iJbQI1H1FmK3Dif-DV_yL2mePDL9dE1BTk/s1600/DSCI2027.JPG" height="306" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I also got three sets of water decals and stickers from <span style="font-size: large;">Born Pretty Store</span>, I am already making some manis with them, swatches will follow.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzmHn6VNjc0G2aGDDcLaerlUa6vlwJhdf_5FRVXptOKvrRcZi6VNiv_htoN3hcGCnTRiwHKdScvA5MGT-iyVzpeQ0bq2SUiEq6cXrp1VGd6FYTBfKZZVcTqxopdaukwok7SJ87QvbyFRA/s1600/DSCI2035.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzmHn6VNjc0G2aGDDcLaerlUa6vlwJhdf_5FRVXptOKvrRcZi6VNiv_htoN3hcGCnTRiwHKdScvA5MGT-iyVzpeQ0bq2SUiEq6cXrp1VGd6FYTBfKZZVcTqxopdaukwok7SJ87QvbyFRA/s1600/DSCI2035.JPG" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I couldn't resist, I needed to buy the <span style="font-size: large;">Balea Mango Mambo Bodylotion</span>, even though I have waaaay too many body lotions at home. I adore mango and this lotion is actually really good, it smells divine. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Radenska Naturelle</span> is a water spray refreshener for the face, when I saw it in store I was so curious I needed to buy it, plus, I thought I will need it regularly, as I worked outside whole day and I expected a very hot August (ha ha. hahahaha. ha). It is actually a lovely thing, very refreshing. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And that is it. If you want any special reviews, let me know in the comments!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

Hey girls! How are you doing? Every time I write that I say that in my head with Joey's voice, hah, it cannot be unheard. :) Today I have for you the Eyebrow set I <3 Makeup did, called Fairest of them all. <a href="http://licila.si/">Licila.si</a>, slovene online makeup store kindly sent me the set and I have been using it every day since the day I got my hands on it. I do not think I will search for another one ever again, this baby is just perfect for me, I am really happy with it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I did a look a while ago, when I started testing the set, and took some pictures with it, to show you how it works on my brows. I have naturally strong brows, so I just fill them a bit, and then put the wax on and I really love how it sets the brows, they stayed this way whole day long, even when it was really hot. Usually when sweating the "browshadow" kind of disappears in couple of hours, but Fairest of them all stays put.</div>

<b><u><br /></u></b>
<b><u>Package and what it contains</u></b><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As you can see, there are three different shades in the set and a wax to fixate your brows. You get a small brush and small tweezers with it. The brush actually works very nicely. I tried tweezers just for fun, and they are not meant for a precise work, but if you missed a hair and it got longer, you will be able to pull it out with them. I think it is meant more for emergencies than anything else. I actually like the tiny mirror there as well, it works great for looking at your eyebrows only, but I do not really use it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The package itself is sturdy, I move it twice a week with my luggage and the only thing that happened is, that the writing on the palette faded a bit. The eyeshadows do not break and the lid closes nicely, but not so hard you would need to struggle to open it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>How it looks on me</u></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I use the darker brown for my eyebrows and then I put the wax on them to fixate it. This is a look I did a while ago, I adore my blues. :)</div>

Wow, sorry for the bitch-please eyebrow on my second photo, haha. :)<br />
<br />
<b><u>Comparison with other eyebrow sets</u></b><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And then I decided to try to make a comparison with other eyebrows sets, so you can compare the shades. From left to right it is <b>I <3 Make up Fairest of them all</b>, <b>Makeup Revolution Lock&Load</b> palette, <b>Essence Eyebrow set</b> (the one with horrible package) and on the top is the <b>Catrice Eyebrow Pencil Date</b> With Ash-ton.</div>

<br />

<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As you can see, the two lighter shades in the set are indeed very light, comparing to the other shades in other sets. For me the brown one works perfectly, as it is a mixture between Ash-ton and dark Essence shade. Plus it is not as dusty as the ones in Makeup Revolution and Essence sets nor does it fade away as quickly as Date With Ash-ton. And none of them are shimmery, that's just my ArtDeco primer. </div>

Heya guys! Today I have for you a quick NOTD I am wearing right now. I already showed you I got O.P.I. Take the stage mini and it was about time I wore it as well. I wanted to do a simply accent mani, as I seriously lacked time to do something more innovative. I thought Zoya Myrta might be a cool bright accent, only to realise when putting it on, it is way to close to Take the Stage. Oh well. :)</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I really like the sparkly Take the Stage. It is a part of O.P.I. Burlesque Collection for Winter 2010 (omg, really, I feel like it was released two years ago!!) and I remember everyone went mental for the collection and I didn't get why. Take the Stage is actually a gorgeous copper foil, I love it, so I am glad I got it. I takes 3 coats to be opaque on my really short nails, I imagine I would need to work for it to be opaque on longer nails.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Zoya Myrta is a part of Zoya Surf Collection for Summer 2012, full of bright foils and definitively one of my favourite collections out there. I adore Myrta as well, such a rich orange. Two coats and you are done. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Yeah. The combo seems a bit pointless, but I love both nail polishes, so it is all good. :)</div>

Hey everyone! Another Spotlight moment. I fell in love with Maybelline Color Tattoos when trying them as an eyeshadow base for eyeshadows. I bought first the black and the white one for that purpose, called Timeless Black and Infinite White and they worked absolutely fabulous. The eyeshadow colour is deeper, or brighter if you put it over white, it lasts forever and doesn't fade or crease. Naturally I started buying more shades when I saw how awesome they are. Next were the bronze and copper ones, called On and On Bronze and Metallic Pomegranate. The last two I bought were the purple Endless Purple and Mauve Crush. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2xRG8EZQMT_srXPO5Gm_rp55_TMxj9JR6bUHmymBa3bY2D42oNgngD21NMIOGXNCsfBIxtUjeBsDPLYTfs-7bAdLAE9aK8NrjqdrciaSHfdnh2gWbHNeDX7PTADSoIa1RsMRu8oGAE0I/s1600/DSCI1907.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2xRG8EZQMT_srXPO5Gm_rp55_TMxj9JR6bUHmymBa3bY2D42oNgngD21NMIOGXNCsfBIxtUjeBsDPLYTfs-7bAdLAE9aK8NrjqdrciaSHfdnh2gWbHNeDX7PTADSoIa1RsMRu8oGAE0I/s1600/DSCI1907.JPG" height="432" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHKATgdGbMr2DgZJSbZ8S1BBocNPXNxc3CowkPYZC-9MLnPROb4Ch2RlyWgmHhSvmDlrOxWZ4TEfzFlyCbjWDy7FOLCyADo8uaaxZ-aH-yoNMIx0URHxkyxEET5lZaCi87gXu_LeOJoZU/s1600/DSCI1902.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHKATgdGbMr2DgZJSbZ8S1BBocNPXNxc3CowkPYZC-9MLnPROb4Ch2RlyWgmHhSvmDlrOxWZ4TEfzFlyCbjWDy7FOLCyADo8uaaxZ-aH-yoNMIx0URHxkyxEET5lZaCi87gXu_LeOJoZU/s1600/DSCI1902.JPG" height="640" width="436" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The only thing that bothers me about these Tattoos is how <b>inconsistent Maybelline is, with naming them and supplying them</b>. If you go online, there are many shades we do not get and again some of the shades that we did get are renamed for some reason, or we have them in different colour but same colour group. Just ... what the hell, Maybelline, give us all the Tattoos and be done with it!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As mentioned before, I use them as secondary eyeshadow base, over a regular primer, to enhance the colour of eyeshadows. They work perfectly for that. The only shades I wear alone are Mauve Crush, On and on Bronze and Metallic Pomegranate and they work wonderfully like that as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As far as <b>packaging</b> goes, I like it, glass jars, big enough not to struggle with the application, whether you use your fingers or a brush. If you drop them on the tiles, they shan't break. I checked. :)</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Timeless Black started to dry a bit in the jar, but it still gives great colour payoff. <b>Mauve Crush</b> is actually slightly <b>duochromy</b>, but my camera didn't capture that. It is why I bought it in the first place, the duochrome in it is yummy!</div>

<u><b>Endless Purple:</b></u> its pigmentation is the poorest, also application the hardest. I wouldn't wear that as an eyeshadow, simply because it applies patchy. It works well for under purple eyeshadow, though, it makes it pop out more. But don't buy it if you are looking for an eyeshadow in this shade, I wouldn't recommend it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Infinite White:</b></u> it is a very sparkly white base. I use it for under my brighter eyeshadows, to really make them stand out and it works wonderfully, no creasing, the application is easy, no problem. I actually wore it once as a combination with black eyeshadow, to make the big contrast, it worked great. A good sparkly white eyeshadow.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Mauve Crush:</b></u> it is a cold cold icy blue, made of colourful shimmer, utterly gorgeous. I love this one, really. The only glitch in the Matrix with this one is, that it can crease a bit on a hot day, I wear it alone only in Fall and Winter. Works amazing with a black eyeliner. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>On and On Bronze:</b></u> a gorgeous bronze colour, that is really popular. The shade is great for neutral make up, it looks subtle, applies like heaven and stays on the lid for hours. Not a problem child. I like to use it as secondary base for neutral shades too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Metallic Pomegranate:</b></u> utterly gorgeous reddish copper with golden flecks. My favourite secondary base for MAC Cranberry, they work great together, but as an eyeshadow it looks amazing too. It has the same problem as Mauve Crush on me, though, it can crease a bit.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Timeless Black:</b></u> a classic black matte. Does wonders for black/vampy smokey eyes, it really deepens the colour, either black or some sort of vampy colour, dark purple shimmer or dark blue shimmer. On my swatch it looks like it has a poor payoff, but I do not do it justice, even if it started to dry up a bit, it still works great, especially with a brush.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As far as I remember, I paid around 5 euros for each. A steal, really, they last forever and they are dead useful. I love them, I hope we get more shades soon (or I find them in a drugstore somewhere, as i did with Mauve Crush :)).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you like Maybelline Color Tattoo, do you recommend any shade in particular?</div>

Heya darlings! How are you doing? Today I have for you my newest crush. Everybody in the world already knows about <b>Makeup Revolution</b>, right? If you don't, well, now you do! It is a very affordable makeup brand that is still of good quality, albeit the low prices. Well, the Makeup Revolution has a sub-brand called <b>I Heart Makeup</b> and <a href="http://licila.si/">ličila.si</a> kindly sent us bloggers some items for tryouts. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When I opened the <span style="font-size: large;">I Heart Makeup Racing Heart</span> lipstick I liked it immediately, even though I assumed it will be only for special occasions, being a very dark purple. When I put it on, it stole my heart (no pun intended). It is a gorgeous perfect shade of berry/purple that is actually quite wearable, on the bold side. I am totally in love with the shade and the quality of the lipstick. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<u><b>The packaging</b></u><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As you can see on the photos, the lipstick is in the shape of a heart. I prefer the standard shape of the lipstick, but it is not too bothersome, you can apply the lipstick without any extra struggle. The outer part of the lipstick is matte and the inner heart is shimmery. On the lips it gets this gorgeous satin kind of creamy finish and it looks ah-mazing. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On the bottom you have a cap with a lipstick, I assumed it is the same deal as with MUA lipsticks. But I struggled quite a bit to get it off and the lipstick in it is not as pigmented as the lipstick itself, so it got me wondering if it's maybe there just for the purpose of seeing the shade on the outside. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Either way I think the packaging is OK, the shape is not my favourite, put it doesn't feel cheap and it is sturdy enough.</div>
<b><u><br /></u></b>
<b><u>Swatches on the lips</u></b><br />
First just <i>a flush of colour</i>, with tapping the lipstick on the lips, for everyday wear, or if you think the colour is too bold for you: <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFnwXBLNumm_acup8Nbs10H0j3bQ-saUQcf6HtoMFKSsYRathGzpm5ylHmM_pHOWmTTGUAGSamKBMVaxwmZqkgoifqiktUiLLeQrQy08PgYgx0KvKJmnsmSsoPHpQmjA65D6r6qJSgbNs/s1600/DSCI1945.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFnwXBLNumm_acup8Nbs10H0j3bQ-saUQcf6HtoMFKSsYRathGzpm5ylHmM_pHOWmTTGUAGSamKBMVaxwmZqkgoifqiktUiLLeQrQy08PgYgx0KvKJmnsmSsoPHpQmjA65D6r6qJSgbNs/s1600/DSCI1945.JPG" height="502" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
And <i>full colour</i>, on direct sunlight:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjhkwe0nBPo9wWdKxBsK0JrvnhjCjbmz89zW0nR4ATrQRzusI_hRf_NlFMs90JfpWUBftbb47PDQeDrVxKVJjP4RLk-SoPm6YtLNeZ8CmvMlb50qOvbBVQ0pxnCf-gs7DcuLTagwRh1kLw/s1600/DSCI1958.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjhkwe0nBPo9wWdKxBsK0JrvnhjCjbmz89zW0nR4ATrQRzusI_hRf_NlFMs90JfpWUBftbb47PDQeDrVxKVJjP4RLk-SoPm6YtLNeZ8CmvMlb50qOvbBVQ0pxnCf-gs7DcuLTagwRh1kLw/s1600/DSCI1958.JPG" height="564" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
And in the shade: <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1Mowm-eDLkDP0X0AkSooY3LLoypoz1B15HHltk3cZN7DgehchOWLSi1xnNozdjc-544IsobiXRwrvHueSB-wXsjehYnYWFhnGsgoUv1IWDw1FiieGY8ogJRUclphSLeT43C8FgVxQp7Y/s1600/DSCI1959.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1Mowm-eDLkDP0X0AkSooY3LLoypoz1B15HHltk3cZN7DgehchOWLSi1xnNozdjc-544IsobiXRwrvHueSB-wXsjehYnYWFhnGsgoUv1IWDw1FiieGY8ogJRUclphSLeT43C8FgVxQp7Y/s1600/DSCI1959.JPG" height="640" width="614" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Seeing my lips on such a large picture is quite ridiculous. :) But I effing adore this colour! It is gorgeous! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>The test on the lips</u></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I tested the lipstick with drinking coffee and was very happy to see it practically doesn't leave any trace on the cup at all. By the time I finished my coffee with water included it practically didn't fade from the lips, <i>I didn't need to reapply it at all</i>. It gets off the lips evenly when wearing it just as a sheer lipstick as well. Full colour lasts for hours. I'm sure I'll need to reapply it when eating, but that is normal, what I really love is that it survives drinking.<br />
<br />
The lipstick feels a lot like a matte lipstick, meaning it is more on the dry side, but it doesn't sit uncomfortably on the lips, I do not mind the feeling of a matte lipstick, it means it will last long. :) There is no scent to speak of, if you really smell the lipstick itself it has a very soft sweetly-fruity scent, but you can't smell it on the lips at all. </div>
<br />
<b><u>Swatches on the hand </u></b><br />
In shade, T to B: soft swipe, one swipe and two swipes <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<u><b><br /></b></u>
<u><b>The I Heart My Lips line and where to get it</b></u><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I was so impressed by the lipstick I went and check the other shades immediately. <span style="font-size: large;">I Heart My Lips</span> line comes in <b>6 shades</b>, most of the others are too pink for me, and the red one is effing gorgeous, but Lord knows I do not need more red lipstick. I am very tempted to get the nude one, just because. And I really hope licila.si will get <i>Lip Geek line</i> as well! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You can get <b>I Heart My Lips Racing Heart</b> at <a href="http://licila.si/">licila.si</a> for <b>3,95€</b>, on Makeup Revolution <a href="http://www.makeuprevolutionstore.com/index.php/lips/i-heart-makeup-lipstick/i-makeup-i-my-lips-racing-heart.html">official site</a> for <b><span class="regular-price" id="product-price-492"><span class="price">£</span></span>2,49</b>. Heya everyone! Can I get an extra point for making up a silly name for this mani? :) As I showed you yesterday, I got a lovely package of nail polish. And when I got them out, I couldn't decide which one to put on first. So I just combined three of them, although I wanted the fourth one there too - the Kiwi one. The three I combined were Barielle Myrza's Meadow and Lemondrops plus Color Club Glitter Envy.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First, <u><b>Barielle Myrza's Meadow</b></u>. It was my lemming for years and finally I got it. And I was so happy to see it didn't disappoint. It is on my nails right now and I still love it. The shade of jade green is perfect and the scattered holo glitter is fine and on the subtle side once on the nails, it is a wonderful combination. Needs only two coats too. It was part of <u>Barielle Spring 2010 Wildflower Collection</u>. Now I am on the hunt for June Bug from the same collection. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Barielle Lemondrops</u></b> is a perfect bright yellow creme. I searched for something like this a while now. For a yellow polish it is very easy to work with. It needs two coats on most of my nails, on the longest a third, but on shorties two will be enough. I love the brightness! It was part of <u>Barielle Summer 2009 Collection</u>. Apparently there was a re-release in Summer 2013, but judging by my bottle, it is from the older collection. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Last, <u><b>Color Club Glitter Envy</b></u> is really bright neonish green with holographic glitter in it that is quite dense. It applies easily in two coats, and it is somewhat gritty, but nothing too extreme. What was my biggest disappointment with this nail polish was that it chipped in like two days. And I mean major chipping, up to one third of my nail. It looked even worse since both Barielles still looked perfect right next to it. I will wear it again for sure to test it again, but ATM it is not my favourite nail polish. It was a part of <u>Color Club Summer 2011 Starry Temptress Collection</u>, in this one I love Otherworldly as well. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When Glitter Envy chipped so terribly I removed it and put Lemondrops on instead. I love this combo even more.</div>

<br />
Barielle, man. I need more Barielle in my life. :) And I am already tempted to put water decals over Lemondrops.<br />
<br />
<br />
What is on your nails today? Any particular Barielle shade you would recommend?<br />

Heya darlings! I usually post New In posts in the end of the month or the very beginning of the second one, but July was a bit busy with all the packages. I already showed you what I bought and gotten <a href="http://ulmiel.blogspot.com/2014/07/new-in-haul-post_30.html">here</a>, but just after I left Ljubljana for about a week, three packages came into my mail box and for these I am super excited. If any of you already thought I forgot about nail polish - I sure as hell did not. It's just that I got a bit pickier. :)</div>

Nail polish!! I did a swap with a lovely lady at Moj butik and well, killed some lemmings. <b><span style="font-size: large;">Barielle Mryza's Meadow</span></b> was on my WL now for about three years. One of the rare shades I wanted since the beginning of my nail polish obsession and until now. And now I finally have it and the best part is, it did not disappoint on the nails.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
Second lemming killed - a good yellow creme, again <b><span style="font-size: large;">Barielle, shade Lemondrops</span></b>. I love it and it is perfect in two coats!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-size: large;">Color Club Glitter Envy</span></b> is amazing neonish green with glitter, a unique neon I put on my WL the moment I saw it at Scrangie's. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-size: large;">O.P.I. mini Take the Stage</span></b> looks like a perfect reddish copper and <b><span style="font-size: large;">Essence Fruity LE One Kiwi A Day</span></b> is probably the only LE Essence I have on my WL, because I love the combo of greens and glitter and because I adore the name, with the Kiwi in it. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Buying a topcoat was loooong overdue. Everything I had at home applied like a toothpaste, it was a nightmare. <span style="font-size: large;"><b>Invincible Dry Fast Top Coat</b></span> is, so say the gals online, everything Seche Vite is without all the cons SV has - shrinkage, smell and fast drying in the bottle. We shall see. Right now I of course adore it, I swear my mani was dry under 2 minutes. And I mean stone dry! Awesomeness. We'll see how it goes when I'm down to half the bottle. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Ah yes, another gorgeous package from ličila.si. <b><span style="font-size: large;">I <3 Makeup</span></b> is a sub-brand of Makeup Revolution and it appeals to me somewhat more, I don't know why. Maybe the effect of the two products I got, the <b><span style="font-size: large;">Brows set in Fairest of Them All</span></b> is really awesome, I already tried it. But the lipstick. Ah, the lipstick. I am ridiculously in love with the shade. <b><span style="font-size: large;">I heart makeup, line I heart my lips, shade Racing Heart</span></b>, a perfection. <3 </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-size: large;">Essence Eye Blender Brush</span></b>. I found it in our local Müller. You can't have too many brushes anyway and this one was a bargain. And before that my outcome of Essence brushes was 50:50, let's see how this one will turn out.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These packages made my week, really, I love what I've gotten. Reviews will follow, if you have any extra wishes what should come first, as always, let me know in the comments.</div>
