BB Couture - Moon Over Manhattan
Evening darlings! This is posted later than usual because my computer went all funny on me today. I had a wonderful weekend though - starting with Friday and one of the best concerts of one of my favourite bands ever. So it was a good wekeend, very relaxing. An escape from the studying for a while. And in this few days that I was away loads happened in my nail polish world. I'll do separate posts about it, so I won't talk much about it now.
Right now a really bad news hit me - BB Couture Dragon's Breath might be completely sold out. Hooold on an effing minute! Do I have it? NO I don't! So one bottle more for me, please! If any of you don't feel particularly attached to their bottle, let me know, we can arrange a swap or something. :) But it just hit me with the news that BB Couture can get sold out just as any other polish ... with 30 or something on my WL, my most wanted brand of the WL, that's not a very relaxing news. But it's so effing hard to get to them for me. Not because we wouldn't have ways, Overallbeauty rocks all the way to Slovenia too, but the price is not friendly to my student budget and the customs are a little bitch too. But I guess I'll have to do something about my long WL and BB Couture!
And because of the BB Couture news I'll show you a BB Couture today. As most of you know, a friend of mine moved her Helmer to my place for some time and kindly let me play with all the content. The helmer is defintion of heaven, seriously (one drawer of O.P.I. only!), I've aready played with a couple of them, but BBs I took out only the ones I didn't know by name. Since most of them are on my WL, basically only Moon Over Manhattan was left and I couldn't decide from the bottle if I like it or not, so I put it on the nails.
See the silver specks in it? Forgive me for the lack of describing it properly, to me it felt almost glass-flecked, but I'm not sure if it would fall into that category by the expert opinion - perhaps it's better to say it's micro glitter. But I love it as much as I love glass flecked finish, so a major plus! Either way, it's a fantastic, really fantastic finish that trully rocks this colour. The colour itself is very unusual. I feel it's almost a bit more dusty IRL, very cool. When I put it on, it was so unusual I didn't know if I like it or not. An hour later I still couldn't stop looking at my nails, I loved it so much. It grows on you, it's really fantastic. And yet another one of BBs to put on my WL. Well, with 30 already there, one more or less ... ;)
Oh, yes, this was two coats. It applied like a dream, as BB usually does, I absolutely adore their brush. I don't wear TC on pictures! I don't think I added it at all, it dried really fast. Perfect polish, in short.
How many BBs do you crave? What's the most listed brand on your WL?
Thank you for reading!
